Inclined screw conveyor with intake

Screw conveyors with intakes are among the most popular devices of their type. Their reliability, ease of use, very affordable price and highly configurable nature make them a favourite among users. Adraf offers three types of conveyors with intakes – model P01/0 with a diameter of 100 mm, available in lengths of between 4 m and 8 m, model P01/1 with a diameter of 140 mm, available in lengths of between 4 m and 12 m, and model P01/3 with a diameter of 200 mm, also available in lengths of between 4 m and 12 m. The intake can be additionally equipped with a number of accessories, meaning that the conveyor can be customised to fit each customer’s needs. These accessories include 50 l or 150 l baskets that can be mounted on the intake, 2-wheel trolleys that facilitate movement, especially in respect of longer conveyors, multi-way manifolds, directional chutes (so-called turntables), rope ties indispensable with conveyors that exceed 8 m (to stiffen the entire structure). The intake conveyor can be used in many ways – to deposit material directly into big bags, silos, onto heaps, etc.
